The leader of the Ferrari racing team and currently the second ranking Formula 1 driver, Michael Schumacher, had dismissed the spreading rumors that he is on his way to jump to another Formula 1 team in the near future.
The report was formulated during the release of the August edition of F1 Racing magazine. According to the report, Michael Schumacher's manager Wili Weber had a secret meeting with the senior directors of BMW Sauber Formula 1 team. The alleged meeting discussed about the possibility of Michael Schumacher to join the BMW Sauber racing lineup in the 2008 season of Formula 1 Grand Prix, which will cause Weber to earn billions of bucks. There is no report about the plans of BMW Sauber to support Ferrari by providing them BMW parts.
At the German Grand Prix press conference last Thursday, the media curiously asked Schumacher about the rumors and if he knows anything about the BMW issue, he answered: "No, nothing."
Schumacher will remain as the team leader of Ferrari in the upcoming 2007 season of Formula 1 Grand Prix.
Schumacher was also asked about the 17-point advantage made by Renault's Fernando Alonso in the driver's championship making Alonso the number one in driver standings, Schumacher said that he will continue to do his best to cut the lead and make it to the top.
He also insisted that having quality tires ensures victory in the championships.
"I don't think the heat has an advantage or a disadvantage for us. The subject here is tires and I think that for both companies involved - Bridgestone and Michelin, sometimes you get it just right and hit the right spot and sometimes not.
"This is the most important factor in deciding who wins the races. From our side, I think recently we have increased our understanding about the tires and, as you have seen, we have used this to our advantage. The level of competition in this sport is so high though that you can easily fall off the competitive edge, as we saw happen to others in the last race. All we can do is take each race, one-by-one," Schumacher explained.

Wheels and Tires
Wheels are the circular disks or rings on which automobile tires are mounted. Wheels work in synchronization with an axle. The tire is a rubber ring filled with air that fits around the wheel of a vehicle. The wheel and tires move together with axle that allows low friction in motion by rolling.
There are two types of tires that can be mounted on wheels: pneumatic and solid.
Pneumatic tires are air-filled tires. They have holes in the rim, which makes mounting of wheel on hub easier. Pneumatic tires are good for traction as they can be easily adjusted by changing the air pressure. The tire will have larger traction when you reduce the air pressure because the contact path with the floor will be larger. However, with the reduced wheel diameter, the speed reduces and the torque or the pushing power goes up.
Pneumatic tires invariably involve risk of puncture as a disadvantage. On the other hand, solid tires are made from solid rubber or plastic. They are very...

Flat Tire Fix It
Flat tires are one of the most common troubles that car owners and vehicle drivers encounter. This happens mostly when the owner or the driver do not give much attention to the car's tires. Keeping your cool when your car's tire runs flat would help you out a lot. After all, the situation could be remedied in no time at all.
First off, you should turn your car's flashers on as you slowly pull of the road.
Make sure that you park your car in an area which is away from any traffic. But it is also important that you are visible from the road and not secluded. If possible, try to find an area that is flat and level. Parking on inclines could make changing your flat tire quite a challenge. When you have already found your spot and have safely parked your car, make sure that you do inform other motorists that you are in some kind of car trouble.
Put up your flares.
Your car could actually roll while you are trying to fix the flat tire so...
SUV Tires
SUV tires are specially designed tires, which work well in both on- and off-road conditions. Most SUV tires are wider than a traditional car tire. Compared with standard passenger car tires, SUV tires tend to have shorter lives but are designed to handle bigger impacts. All-season tires designed for all situations are the most popular form of SUV tires.
The main considerations when purchasing SUV tires are traction, tread wear characteristics, and temperature resistance.
Traction stands for the tire's capability to stop on wet pavement. Tread wear depends on the fuel economy ratings of the tire. Temperature resistance represents the tire's ability to oppose the production of heat. Proper tire pressure is the most important aspect in maintaining SUV tires. Tire-pressure monitors identify the pressure variations.
Speed ratings let us know how fast a tire is rated to perform safely at suggested air pressures.
All-season SUV tires are the most cost...

Wholesale Tires - Finding Them
Aside from younger generations getting fatter and losing vastly important social skills, widespread distribution of misinformation and a literal unending supply of material that could make even Sid Vicious blush; it would be an exercise in futility to argue that the Internet hasn't made an overwhelming positive affect on the lives of us all.
For all of the aspects of life that have been dramatically altered by the affects of the internet, the way in which the purchase and consumption of goods may be at the top of the most utilized.
This can be seen with great understanding in the purchase of merchandise for automobiles, including that of tires.
The use of good, quality tires is well known by most people with even a cursory understanding of autos.
However, the price that accompanies good, quality tires is also well understood.
This is where the Internet comes in the bridge the discrepancies between desiring safety and quality...
